Slow Down is an introduction to being intentionally gentle and thorough while gathering together to not only connect with one another but to make connections to the slow moments happening every day right outside our windows and doors.

Every day we welcome the rush. We invite the chaos.

Every day we trade in the simple for the complexity and complicated. We exchange the moments of calm wonder for the daily grind. We choose achieve over wonder.
